The filling machine is our most strength equipment, our public models can do from 3-5000ml each fill, and those includes manual, pneumatic, and electrical, and they are rustless, and be available for foods and medicines, our machines also can be considered as liquids filler and pasty filler according to it’s application (liquids filler don’t need hopper, can suck liquid via a hose directly, while pasty stuff must work with a hopper).
We not only provide standard machine but also support customized model, we can add mixer for high viscous stuffs, add heating device for high temp stuffs, and provide operation tables, and special structure materials like SS316 for high acid stuffs, and we also supportcustomizing multiple nozzles fillers and fully automatical models integrated with bottle aligning, filling, caps dispensing and capping, transporting device together.
